Today, I mainly want to share with you some processes in mold processing, mainly introducing the following five processes.
1. mold design
Before manufacturing the mold, the mold design is required. This step is usually done by a dedicated designer. Designers according to customer requirements combined with product use, size, shape and other design, the use of computer-aided design software (such as CAD) model drawing.
2. making mold parts
Mold parts are the basic units that constitute the mold, including mold cores, templates, moving plates, etc. These parts need to be manufactured and processed according to the design drawings. CNC machine tools are usually used for processing to ensure processing accuracy and quality.
3. assembly mould
After the mold parts are manufactured, they need to be assembled according to the design drawings. This step is typically done by a technician. They use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the mold assembly.

4. commissioning mould
After the mold assembly is completed, it needs to be debugged. The purpose of debugging is to check the feasibility of the mold to ensure that it can operate normally and meet the needs of product production. In the process of debugging, it is necessary to check the structure, matching accuracy, temperature control and other aspects of the mold to ensure the quality and stability of the mold.
5. production molding
After the mold debugging is completed, production can be carried out. The molding process of the material is usually carried out using a molding machine. The molten material is injected into the mold and cooled to form the desired product. In this process, it is necessary to ensure the accurate control of temperature, pressure and other parameters to ensure product quality and stability.
