Taizhou Huacheng Mould Co., Ltd., established in 1994, is located in the Bahe Industrial Park, Tiantai County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province—the "Mould Capital of China"—and boasts over 30 years of rich experience in mould manufacturing. The company is honored as a distinguished member by the Shanghai Mould Association and serves as a standing director unit of the China Composites Industry Association. We specialize in the research, development, and production of composite moulds for materials such as SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT-D, HP-RTM, and PCM. Our mould-making processes fully integrate CAD/CAM technology, supported by multiple state-of-the-art, high-speed gantry machining centers imported from abroad. Additionally, we are equipped with some of the most advanced domestic hydraulic systems specifically designed for composite materials, including 4000T, 2500T, and 800T presses.

We have successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality System Certification, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Currently, approximately 50% of the company's molds are exported to Europe, North America, as well as Southeast Asian countries and regions. The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Zhejiang Provincial Innovation Enterprise, a Taizhou City High-Tech Enterprise, and one of the Top 50 Enterprises in Tiantai. For over a decade, we have consistently been honored by the local People's Government as a "Model Unit for Contract Adherence and Creditworthiness," with a credit rating of AAA. As the leading enterprise in the local mold industry, we are also a trusted partner of a globally renowned Fortune 500 mold group.

The design fields include: aerospace (such as low-altitude economic aircraft), carbon-fiber molding tooling and molds, high-speed railways and subways, automotive, electrical appliances and electronics, building materials, sports equipment, integrated bathroom systems, water treatment products, and more. Additionally, we possess unique expertise in complex mold structures for aerospace applications as well as vacuum-molded designs.
