The 28th China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition grandly opened at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, running for three days from September 16 to 18.

The 28th China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition 2025 concluded today, September 18. Looking back at this year's event, 852 companies from 17 countries and regions around the globe gathered at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center, showcasing outstanding achievements in the composites industry's advanced manufacturing capabilities. The exhibition spanned an impressive 71,000 square meters. On the first day of the show, 21,823 people attended, including 15,461 visitors—among them 1,445 international attendees. By the second day, attendance grew to 20,962, with 14,929 visitors, of whom 1,513 were from overseas, alongside 6,033 exhibitors.

 

This year's exhibition, themed "Sustainable Development and Intelligent Manufacturing," showcases cutting-edge products and innovative applications from the composite materials industry. The event drew a bustling crowd, with numerous groundbreaking products and advanced equipment making their debut. At the HuaCheng Mould booth [Hall 5.1, Booth 5V01], the atmosphere was electric—customers kept pouring in for consultations. Highly experienced professionals greeted each visitor, both old and new, with enthusiastic energy and expert knowledge. Their meticulous product explanations and warm, attentive service earned high praise from clients hailing from around the globe and across China.

Multi-domain innovative application products make their debut
This year's exhibition features an impressive display area of 71,000 square meters, with its platform influence and industry coverage both reaching all-time highs. Eight hundred fifty-two leading companies in the composite materials sector showcased their superior materials, advanced equipment, and innovative application products.
Low-Altitude Economy and Commercial Spaceflight Low-altitude economy and commercial aerospace are emerging as new frontiers for composite material applications. These include all-composite rocket fairings, integrated one-piece wall panels for the fuselage of large cargo drones, structurally and functionally integrated tank skins, three groundbreaking products featuring an eight-section integrated fuselage, and continuous-fiber thermoplastic pressure-resistant hulls designed specifically for submersibles operating at depths of up to 1,500 meters.
Energy sector 112-meter carbon-glass hybrid blades, designed for 10MW-class wind turbines, including the chemically degradable and recyclable TMT86A blade.
Automotive sector : Ultra-thin battery pack top cover, PU-foamed carbon fiber rear wing, carbon fiber wheel hubs, and more.
In addition, there are also application products and components used in sports & leisure, as well as the medical field.
