“Welcoming the New Year, Towards Brilliance”! Time marches on, and in 2024, we celebrated the 31st anniversary of Huacheng Mold’s founding. Looking back at 2024, it was a year of both struggle and harvest. With the joint efforts of all employees, we overcame numerous difficulties and challenges, forging ahead together. Every step of progress for the company is inseparable from everyone’s hard work. We also thank everyone for your continued attention and companionship to Taizhou Huacheng Mold. At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we extend our sincerest blessings to all employees, partners, and new and old customers!

On the afternoon of January 22, 2025, we held the 2024 annual year-end conference, where all Huacheng Mold employees gathered to review 2024, look forward to 2025, and speak freely.

First, all Huacheng personnel signed in, putting a perfect end to Huacheng Mold's and their own 2024.

The conference began, and together we opened Huacheng Mold's year-end report. First, General Manager Fan Shunhua gave a speech, summarizing the work of 2024, analyzing this year's weaknesses, the current industry prospects, and making strategic plans for the development of Huacheng Mold in 2025 and beyond.

He also mentioned the "bucket effect": The ability of a team is determined by its weakest link. Managers need to identify and improve the weak links in the organization to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team; team members also need to be aware of their weaknesses, find their shortcomings, and improve them in order to maintain the entire team and resolutely avoid being a drag.

Furthermore, Master Yu Qixiang spoke, thanking Huacheng Mold for its companionship and the many lovely employees. Having reached retirement age, his body can no longer keep up with the pace of development, and while he wants to leave, he is also reluctant.

Following this, Fan Boyu, our young General Manager, spoke, reviewing the past, identifying individual and corporate shortcomings and weaknesses, and emphasizing the need for adjusting mindsets and addressing weaknesses. He provided effective planning for the company's improvements in the coming year.

Deputy General Manager Fan Qionglin summarized the conference, highlighting the hard work and dedication of Huacheng employees throughout the year, working overtime, traveling extensively without complaint. She expressed gratitude for their commitment and efforts, which contributed to the company's achievements. She expressed confidence in the company's future success.
